Psychological Support for Expats in Their Process of Change and Adaptation

As an expat myself, I have experienced these processes firsthand, which allows me to genuinely connect with my patients.

Genuine Understanding
Being a foreigner in a new country often involves an inner struggle between adapting to a new reality and longing for what’s familiar.
Cultural challenges, limited support networks, and language barriers can lead to feelings of isolation and confusion. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed at times by loneliness, culture shock, or identity-related challenges.
As a migrant myself, I’ve experienced these processes firsthand. My personal journey allows me to truly connect with my clients and empathize with their struggles. This connection creates a trusting therapeutic space, enriching the process and allowing us to explore your concerns with genuine understanding and deep respect for your culture and context.

Multilingual Therapy
English • Spanish • Romanian
Speaking in your native language allows you to express emotions more freely and clearly, without fear of being misunderstood. This helps build a strong therapeutic bond and creates a safe space for self-exploration, making therapy more effective and personally meaningful.
